Abdominoplasty Surgery

Overview

Tummy tuck
A tummy tuck — also known as abdominoplasty — is a cosmetic surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the abdomen.
During a tummy tuck, excess skin and fat are removed from the abdomen. In most cases, the connective tissues in the abdomen are tightened with sutures as well. The remaining skin is then repositioned to create a more toned look.
You might choose to have a tummy tuck if you have skin that’s accumulated around the area of your bellybutton and a weak lower abdominal wall. A tummy tuck can also boost your body image.
Why it’s done
A flabby abdomen is caused not only by the accumulation of fat, but also by the poor elasticity of the skin, excess skin, and the stretching of the inner girdle of connective tissue (abdominal fascia) and abdominal muscles that extends from the ribs to the pubic bone. This inner girdle, which holds the internal organs in place, is responsible for the tone and appearance of the abdomen.
Your abdomen is more likely to protrude after your abdominal fascia has been stretched during pregnancy or after significant changes in your weight. A tummy tuck can remove loose, excess skin and fat, and tighten weak fascia. A tummy tuck can also remove stretch marks and excess skin in the lower abdomen below the bellybutton. However, a tummy tuck won’t correct stretch marks outside of this area.

Breast Enlargement

What Is Breast Augmentation Surgery?
Breast augmentation is a cosmetic surgery procedure to increase breast size and enhance breast shape, typically through the placement of silicone or saline breast implants. From a cosmetic surgeon’s perspective, the ultimate goal of breast augmentation is to enhance a patient’s natural proportions and create a more symmetrical, aesthetically pleasing breast profile. The exact procedure is tailored to meet a woman’s individual needs.
There is no “typical” breast augmentation patient, and women choose to have the procedure for many different reasons—having larger breasts is just one of them. Breast augmentation is one of the most effective procedures to correct noticeable breast asymmetry, and breast implants can be used to help correct tuberous breast deformities. Other common goals of breast augmentation:
• Restoring breast fullness lost after pregnancy & breastfeeding
• Feeling more confident in a swimsuit
• Adding balance to better complement curvy hips
• Enhancing self-image

Breast Reduction

Overview

Breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammaplasty, is a procedure used to remove excess fat, tissue and skin from the breasts. If you have large breasts, you might choose to have breast reduction surgery to ease discomfort or to achieve a breast size proportionate to your body.

Breast reduction surgery might also help improve your self-image and your ability to participate in physical activities.

If you’re considering breast reduction surgery, consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. It’s important to understand what breast reduction surgery entails — including possible risks and complications — as well as set realistic expectations

Why it’s done

Breast reduction surgery is meant for women who have large breasts and want to resolve issues such as:

 • Chronic back, neck and shoulder pain that requires pain medications
 • Chronic rash or skin irritation under the breasts
 • Nerve pain
 • Restricted activity
 • Poor self-image related to large breasts
 • Difficulty fitting into bras and clothing

Breast reduction surgery generally isn’t recommended if you:

 • Smoke
 • Have certain conditions such as diabetes or heart problems
 • Are very obese
 • Want to avoid scars on your breasts

You can have breast reduction surgery at any age — sometimes even as a teenager. But if your breasts aren’t yet fully developed, you might need a second surgery later in life.

Butt-Hip Aesthetic

BUTT AESTHETICS
Butts that are one of the most important parts of the woman body might be more determinant even than breasts in definition of the woman figure, considering their shape, volume, tightness, any withdrawal or cellulitic look on them, or their relation with waist, hip and thigh regions. The desire for a round, full and tight butt that is not saggy and fits well with the waist and hip curves is on the continuous increase.
The reason of why operations in this field of the aesthetic surgery is patients’ privacy feelings about this area and also physicians’ having less experience in this field. As the interest in interventions in the butt area has been recently increasing, in addition to liposuction and fat injection that have been the sole methods in hand for years, the need for other operations is increasing.
The decision of what kind of intervention will be performed on a patient must be given by consultation between the patient and the physician.
Brazilian-Type Butt Lifting
This operation is performed based on the principle of particularly intramuscular injection of the fats removed by liposuction from other parts of the body, especially the waist curve and hip region into especially the upper part of the butt.
The aim is not to enlarge the butt only but also shape the body. Therefore, it is critical in this method to determine before the operation how much fat will be sucked out of which parts of the patient and how much of that fat will be injected into which parts of the butt.
It is a fact that part of the fats injected will dissolve and disappear during the recovery period. The remaining is known to be permanent in the butt area. This operation can be repeated in future, i.e. can be applied multiple times.
Butt Lifting
In case of a saggy butt, the surgical operations needed will be determined depending on the severity of sagginess. If the lower curve line of the butt extends to the back median point of the leg, it can be called a saggy butt, i.e. ptosis. Butt silicone implant can be considered if the patient is young and has a mild ptosis while in heavier forms, lifting operations to be performed by removal of the skin can be necessary. The butt can be uplifted by lines to be planned above or below the butt region depending on the severity of the deformity. The greatest drawback of the method is the scars to remain in the operation area regardless of in which part of the butt the operation is performed. Those scars sometimes can be as an arch right above the butt or above the line under the butt. And since this area is the sitting part and also close to the boundary of the moving area, it entails the fact that we can face problems about stitch healing or opening.

Eyelid

Eyelid Aesthetic
This is an operation of removing fat together with excess skin and muscle over bottom or top of eyelids. With the help of eyelid operation, old and tired look is cleared up and lower top lids and swollen vesicles under eyes preventing vision quality can be corrected. However, it does not remove laugh line wrinkles or other wrinkles, dark rings under eyes and sagging eyebrows. This can be both performed alone and can be performed together with other face surgeries such as face lift or eye brow lift.

The candidates persons for eyelid operations are generally women and men over 35-years of age and having proper bodily health and balance psychological health and realistic about their expectations. In addition, the persons with sagging and vesicle eyelids may need eyelid aesthetics for younger look.

If eyelid surgeries are performed by qualified plastic surgeons, complications are rarely encountered. Reactions against infection or anesthesia are possible complications. Complication formation risk may be reduced during recovery process by considering the recommendations of the doctor before and after the operation.

Face Lift

What is a facelift?
Facelift surgery is usually done as an outpatient procedure. It may involve a local anesthetics and sedatives or general anesthesia.
The procedure can take from 2 to 5 hours, and the person can normally go home on the same day after surgery.
In a traditional facelift, the surgeon makes an incision in front of the ear, extending up into the hair or hairline as well as behind the ear into the hair-bearing scalp.
The surgeon lifts the skin off the deeper facial muscles and fat, gently pulls the skin in an upward and posterior direction, and removes the excess skin. They may tighten the deeper tissues of the face.
A small incision, or cut, may be made under the chin to tighten the skin and deeper tissue of the neck. This is known as a neck lift.
The incisions are then closed with sutures and possibly staples. A drain may be placed under the skin behind the ear for one or two days, to remove any excess blood and fluids. Bandages are applied.

LipoInjection

General Information:
Lipo B or lipo injection is a mixture of compounds that may aid in the reduction of adipose tissue (fat). The mixture of compounds individually may be effective, however in combination they may exhibit more lipotropic activity than when administered alone in a synergistic fashion. Injection of this mixture of lipotropic compounds may be more effective than oral supplementation, this is due to the increased bioavailability of parenteral exposure.
These lipotropic agents are structurally and functionally closely related to the B-vitamins, or are involved in the homeostasis of energy production from fat. These compounds are often employed together in the hope of potentiating fat-loss, thus while the MIC mixture and B vitamin(s) are often injected separately, they are part of the same overall injection cycle. The non-vitamin compounds (MIC) that are injected into the body stimulate the liver into optimizing the process of metabolism, elevate the movement of and utilization of fat, and provide the needed metabolic environment of the body for a fatty acid (fat) mobilization and utilization.
Typically, these compounds are administered in concert. Injections can be administered up to twice a week.

What is this medicine used for? Lipotropic injections are used to help release fat deposits in some parts of the body. Some of these areas include the stomach, inner thighs, neck, buttocks and hips. Lipotropic, or fat burning, substances include methionine which helps the liver remove fat; inositol, similar to methionine; choline, which distributes cholesterol and prevents it from getting deposited in one part of the body. In some cases, a combination of these may be given. Injections can be administered up to twice a week. B12 is purported by its users and practitioners to help speed up the overall metabolic processes and create a greater feeling of overall energy. Because lipotropics directly aid fat breakdown and are closely related to B vitamins, when used together they are thought to intensify each others’ effects. They are usually injected separately, but as part of the same overall injection cycle. The amino acids that are injected into the body stimulate the liver into optimizing the process of metabolism. These injections boost the metabolic power of the body. The injections are only effective temporarily. As soon as the effect of these substances wears out, the body starts returning to normal gradually.

Liposuction

What is Liposuction?
People who undergo liposuction usually have a stable body weight but would like to remove undesirable deposits of body fat in specific parts of the body.
Liposuction is not an overall weight-loss method. It is not a treatment for obesity.
The procedure does not remove cellulite, dimples, or stretch marks. The aim is esthetic. It suits those who wish to change and enhance the contour of their body.
Liposuction permanently removes fat cells, altering the shape of the body. However, if the patient does not lead a healthy lifestyle after the operation, there is a risk that the remaining fat cells will grow bigger.
The amount of fat that can be safely removed is limited.
There are some risks, including infection, numbness, and scarring. If too much fat is removed, there may be lumpiness or dents in the skin. The surgical risks appear to be linked to the amount of fat removed.
Uses
Liposuction is mainly used to improve appearance, rather than providing any physical health benefits. Most people would probably achieve the same or better results by adopting a healthful lifestyle, with a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a healthy sleep schedule.
Liposuction is normally advised only if lifestyle changes have not achieved the desired results. It can treat areas of fat that are resistant to exercise and diet.
When an individual gains weight, each fat cell increases in size and volume. Liposuction reduces the number of fat cells in isolated areas.
People should discuss the pros and cons of liposuction with their doctor before deciding on whether to proceed. Liposuction should only be carried out after careful consideration.
Results are subtle rather than dramatic.
The following body areas are commonly targeted for liposuction treatment:

Liposuction is cosmetic rather than health-focused.
• abdomen
• back
• buttocks
• chest
• inner knees
• hips
• flanks (love handles)
• neckline and the area under the chin
• thighs, both “saddlebags,” or outer thighs, and inner thighs
• upper arms
Liposuction works best for people with good skin tone and elasticity, where the skin molds itself into new contours.
People whose skin lacks elasticity may end up with loose-looking skin in areas where the procedure was done.
The person needs to be over 18 years of age and in good health. Those with circulation or blood flow problems, such as coronary artery disease, diabetes, or a weakened immune systems should not undergo liposuction.

What is Rhinoplasty?

Put simply, rhinoplasty (sometimes called a nose job or nasal reshaping) is the process of permanently enhancing nasal contour by means of plastic surgery. Every rhinoplasty involves reshaping the nasal cartilage and/or nasal bone in order to produce a natural and harmonious nasal contour that beautifies the face. Reconstructive rhinoplasty, or functional rhinoplasty, can also be used to open blocked nasal passages caused by crooked, twisted, or collapsed cartilage or bone; and rhinoplasty is often performed with both cosmetic and functional goals in mind. In most cases, surgery is performed under either semi-conscious anesthesia or general anesthesia and pain is generally light to minimal. Most patients can return to work within 7-10 days and resume full physical activity within a month.

Although a well-executed rhinoplasty can create significant and sometimes even dramatic cosmetic improvement for most patients; in reality there is a finite limit to how much the nose can be safely altered. In addition to anatomic considerations such as skin thickness, skeletal size, and available blood supply; functional limitations and long-term durability may limit the extent of cosmetic change. Although you may want a specific look, for example an ultra-slender nose, rhinoplasty can seldom transform a nose from one extreme to another, and attempting to do so may lead to complications. On the other hand, a better proportioned nose with elegant lines and a more pleasing contour is possible for just about any healthy young patient.

As the scientific and surgical understanding of rhinoplasty has grown in recent decades, so has its sophistication. State-of-the-art techniques promise ever better cosmetic outcomes, but the mastery of these techniques requires the dedication of a rhinoplasty specialist. For patients with small, under-developed, or naturally weak nasal cartilages, damaged skeletal tissues, or surgically over-resected skeletal tissues, grafts or implants may be required to strengthen, reinforce, or replace damaged skeletal components. The skillful, judicious, and artistic removal of cosmetically unnecessary skeletal tissues, combined with the equally skillful and precise application of structural grafts or implants, requires a rare talent that takes years to fully cultivate. For that reason, rhinoplasty is also widely regarded as among the most difficult of all cosmetic procedures, and without the expertise, skill, and experience of a rhinoplasty specialist, the probability for success diminishes precipitously. Perhaps a more accurate way to define rhinoplasty is the complex surgical reconfiguration of the nasal framework by a skilled and experienced artisan in order to create a durable, functional, and attractive nasal appendage.

Scoop Ear Surgery

The ear surgery is to reduse the size and correct the scoop of the ear or ear shape. Non-Operative Prominent Ear Surgery with Bonds; This should be applied for those who do not have much ear deformity. It is a simple and easy procedure. It is generally not reliable and not sound. So, in order to get absolute, sound and effective results, shaping ad repairing of cartilages are a more reliable option.

Prominent Ear Surgery; No stitch is developed on the visible surfaces of ears. This operation is performed with a short vertical incision of about 3 cm from the back of ears. The cartilage is shaped as desired and fixed with permanent stitches. Dissolvable stitches are put on the ear skin and the ear is put in a bandage. Stitches are not required to be removed because dissolvable stitches are used.

The duration of the operation takes between (1,5 – 2) hours.

The patient can go back home on the day of the operation. The Patient will not feel any pain with the effect of local anesthesia, after that patient will feel slight pain which is not that much to affect your daily life. The painkillers we provide will make you relaxed. Patient’s ears are put in bandage for 3 days and then he is recommended to have a hair band for about 10 days.after that You can go out and get back into usual routine and your normal life. The patient Need to pay attention to the ear Bending up to 1.5 months.

Vaser – Ultrasonic Liposuction

Vaser liposuction, also called LipoSelection, is another alternate technology to traditional liposuction. Vaser ultrasonic liposuction is still a process by which fatty deposits are removed from beneath the skin to improve the aesthetics of a particular body part. Optimally, patients who are treated by Vaser liposuction are in good physical condition and are looking for a contouring or body sculpturing as opposed to using liposuction as a way to lose weight.

Sound Surgical Technologies, LLC in 2002, introduced vaser ultrasonic liposuction. This FDA technology uses sound waves to gently loosen fat and pave the way towards liposuction and smooth contouring of the body.

In the case of vaser liposuction, tumescent liquid, or a saline solution mixed with anesthetics, is injected into the body area being treated. Instead of using a cannula and manual movement to break down the fat tissue, or a laser, or water pressure, vaser liposuction uses ultrasound high frequency vibration to break fat cells apart.

The cosmetic surgeon uses Vaser ultrasonic probes, inserted into the fatty tissue to gently break the fat cells down. The vibration gently disengages and loosens the fat cells and ultimately emulsifies the tumescent fluid that has been infused into the body area. Once the emulsification is in process, a small cannula is used to remove the liquid and the fat cells. Some of the local anesthetic remains in the tissue and that helps to reduce post-procedural pain.

This process is considered gentler that the more traditional liposuction techniques and ultimately offers your cosmetic surgeon a great deal of control and you get the smooth, contoured look for which you are looking. Additionally, vaser liposuction is specifically designed to loosen fat but to protect and preserve other tissues and by using the saline solution there is typically less bleeding and bruising.

Areas on the body that are especially well suited to vaser liposuction include the thighs, knees, abdomen, love handles, arms, chest, chin and neck. The procedure is generally performed either in a hospital or in a doctor’s office and doesn’t require general anesthetic that reduces patient health risk and lowers the overall cost of the procedure. You can have IV sedation or general anesthesia – it just depends on the course of action you choose with your surgeon.

If your doctor uses Vaser assisted liposuction, make sure you discuss the process and the entire procedure so you fully understand what will be happening on the day of your treatment.
